1. The quiet, the stretch, the strength that yoga provides me. The fact that I’m pushing myself to become healthier and stronger.
2. Watching the sunset with my roommate on our roof. Laughing, fumbling to take pictures, managing to get a few.
3. Building something actually useful for my mom. Giving us both something to be proud of.
4. Buying a small amount of healthy food, and committing to eating only good things this week. I’ve kept it up, and somehow that astounds me. My body is thanking me for that one.
5. Working on the #100dayproject. Writing bits and pieces while riding the train home, trying not to stumble at its varying speeds, sun sinking and making the world glow pink.
