Traveling Bali: Ubud + the Rainforest

February 7, 2018

bali indonesia canggu seminyak travel ubudI am so excited to talk about one of the most incredible places I’ve ever experienced– the rainforest. Today I’ll be running through the second leg of my Bali trip (see here for part one!) where Alex and I traveled to Ubud and the rainforest, staying at one of the most breathtaking hotels I’ve seen. The above photo is actually of the private infinity pool and balcony that came with our room at the Hanging Gardens of Bali, overlooking the valley.

bali indonesia canggu seminyak travel ubudI will never get sick of looking back on how lush this place was. This definitely won’t be my last rainforest adventure!

bali indonesia canggu seminyak travel ubudTo be honest, the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this place. And it did not disappoint. One of the best things was that there were never more than a few folks swimming, so we felt like it was all ours.

I’m so glad to finally have gotten around to part two of this trip! Coming soon (for real this time) is the final leg of our journey. Stay tuned!
